Many people believe that the internet is unsuitable for learning because it is filled with kitten videos and social networking sites. There are, however, thousands of websites dedicated to learning new skills, managing daily life, and using study tools to assist students to prepare for exams. In many ways, the internet aided me in improving my study skills. The Internet is a constantly evolving technology that adds new features to make its use easier for the user. People’s daily lives have been easier and more comfortable since the emergence of the internet.

The difficulty of studying

Do you believe that today’s students are enslaved by their studies? Or do they get eager about going to school when they get up? Certainly not. They are more than likely addicted to online games such as League of Legends, World of Warcraft, and other similar titles. To be honest, I was once one of those online gamer kids, but I recognized that I could utilize the same internet that I used for gaming to help me study by structuring my schedule in a way that would limit my online gaming addiction. You can literally learn anything online these days if you have an insatiable appetite for knowledge and a working internet connection.

Make studying addictive

If somehow we can make studying as addictive as games then many issues regarding learning will be resolved and for that, I’d  like to offer some advice on how to make your studying schedule as addictive as an online game:

1. Concentrate on the learning process rather than the “final result.”

2. Ask for assistance from your teachers online in keeping track of your progress on a daily or weekly basis.

3. Encourage yourself to look into areas that you are interested in, even if they are not on the curriculum. Internet will help you in searching about them.

4. Indulge in group activities online, join different forums to enhance your knowledge.

5. Through one’s efforts, one should have a significant and immediate impact.

6. Depending on one’s technological talents, one should take on challenges that are acceptable to them.

7. Use a schedule application to help you follow the schedule you make for yourself.

Using resources

I’d also like to share with you some internet resources that will assist you in learning and studying whatever you want if it’s in your curriculum or not, no matter if you wanna learn your class courses, some language or some hobbies you are thinking of developing: Coursera, Edx, open yale courses, khan academy, and many more. I also suggest using guides by Osmosis since they include a helpful assessment that can help you discover your study persona. They have an osmosis guide that will help you change your study technique as you move through the material and prepare for tests. Using guides can assist you in working and studying because they are updated for fresh material on a regular basis and can provide you with quick access to new knowledge.

Final Words

So there are plenty of ways how I used the internet to level up my studying game and you can implement them too in your lives to improve your studying game. The Internet can help make your studies as acting as games and you can even play some educational games the internet provides in order to learn something. You can use the internet to make yourself a good schedule and use applications that can help you follow it as well. You can also look for some courses and guides online to help you learn whatever you want and in this way, you can also level up your studying game as I did mine by using the internet.
