Dwayne Johnson, the wrestler turned actor, has produced a new sitcom that details his youth. The show features him as an American football player, and how he grew up in his poverty. Dwayne is the son of wrestler Rocky Jhonson and the grandson of the professional wrestler Peter High Chief Fanene Maivia.
Dwayne Johnson: Early Life
Dwayne Douglas Johnson was born on May 1972.His father who was a wrestler did not have a steady income. The family used to roam in different places in his childhood. Due to financial problems, Dwayne turned to crime.
He has revealed to the media that his life was very complicated and it was very difficult for him to grow up. He had been into fighting, theft, and many other atrocities. He and his friends used to target wealthy tourists and jewellery stores to steal from them.
At the age of fifteen, they were evicted from their home. He used to stay with his father’s friend for a long time in Tennessee. He earned a Bachelor of General Studies in criminology and physiology.
Dwayne and his career
He later entered the world of wrestling following his father’s footsteps. In 1996, he signed the World Wrestling Federation. He became a third era wrestler after that. He is well known by his ring name ‘The Rock. He is an actor, producer, businessman and a wrestler. He is married to Dani Garcia and is the father of three children
His entry into Hollywood was in 2004, His main movies include the Fast and Furious series, the Jumani , Moana, San Andreas, Rampage and Skyscraper. He published his autobiography in 2000, which was named as ‘The Rock Says’. He co-wrote the book with Joe Layden.
Dwayne is the narrator of the sitcom produced by him. He also told that he has never thought that he would ever reach a position where people brings into life, his own life and loved ones.
