WHEN IS IT ADVISABLE TO TAKE MY EXAM?
If you have already been preparing and completed a diploma or course during 2019, I recommend you take your exam before July 2020. Most PMI Registered Education Providers (REP) have not updated your materials for these changes.
The preparation time to obtain the certification is approximately 12 weeks (if you already have experience managing projects). Therefore, if you are reading this around March 2020, I recommend that you prepare for the new exam.
