You Can Check the Mattress Foundation or Bed Frame
You may have a problem with your mattress foundation. Both mattress foundations, and bed frames, are designed to raise your mattress off of the floor and support you. Memory foam needs extra support as it is a heavier mattress material. Without enough support, you will see sagging areas.

Toppers for mattresses are made from latex, memory foam, and polyfoam. These materials conform to your body’s natural curves. They also relieve pressure points. A latex topper is the best option if your mattress is sagging. Latex will give you more support because it is firmer than memory foam.
While they are cheaper and more supportive, polyfoam toppers can be found. They’re not the best options as they last less than one year, compared to latex topper, which lasts for three to five years.
A mattress that wont sag can be purchased online or in-store. Some mattress companies manufacture their own toppers that pair well with mattress models.
Mattress pads are less effective than mattress toppers in changing the feeling of a bed. Many people use mattress pads to reduce the wear and tear of their mattresses. Mattress pads provide cushioning rather than support and usually contain down polyester or cotton fibers.
