Have you ever been to a festival that features fireworks? Fireworks are a worldwide symbol of celebration.
The United States will be celebrating the 246th Independence Day on July 4th, a traditional American holiday. This day is marked with pomp, show and enthusiasm. Fireworks can be seen at many locations on the 3rd & 4th of July 2022.

Where are you able to watch the fireworks?
San Diego will see fireworks and celebrations on July 4th. However, some events won’t be possible in the past two years because of the COVID virus outbreak.
The Big Bay Boom (4th Jul) will see fireworks simultaneously being released from four barges in San Diego. Harbor Island, Off Shelter Island, North Embarcadero, and South Embarcadero will be the locations.
Oceanside will host the fireworks display on July 3rd. El Corazo, the SoCal Soccer Complex, will be the venue. The display will begin at 9:00 PM.

It is highly recommended to view the show from a popular location to get the best experience. Most shows are completely free. You may have to pay for parking.

Important Events
A parade will take place at the Coronado Independence day celebration at 10:00am. Between 4-5pm, there will be many concerts.
Petco Park will host a classic game between the Seattle Mariners & the Padres at 3 :40pm.
La Jolla is not organizing a fireworks event this year. However, they will be hosting a parade called ‘Top Gun’ on Beaumont Avenue.
Oceanside Fireworks 20022celebration takes place on 3rd Jul. They will also be celebrating their 134th birthday. El Corazon opens at 5:00 pm.
San Marcos will have a dog competition, carnival games, among other activities. The carnival will be held from 9 AM to 4 PM.
