Jackie was contacted by a Lyft driver to arrange for the ride she had booked in her name. The ride was performed in front Fossil Last Stand. Jackie commented on the driver’s appearance that he looked like a normal white man and could also speak English. Bode was not happy with this comment and asked Jackie to repeat it.
James informed his client that the car’s dash camera recorded all of these events. Bode told the man in front of his car that he had heard about the conversation.
Bode refused to take the ride when Fossils Pennsylvania owner arrived. He asked them to get out of the taxi. This angered the man and he attacked the Lyft driver and made racist remarks at him.

This incident happened on the 13th, May. Bode uploaded it to his Facebook page that day. James wrote that Fossils Stand’s owner appears to be James, although he wasn’t certain. He also said that a police report was filed against them for assault threats, racial slur and harassment of the passenger.

Many netizens were outraged by the actions of the passengers and gave negative reviews for Fossils. People are opposed to judging someone based on their race, color, and/or language. Yelp.com reviewers have given the establishment a rating of zero to one for inappropriate comments from owners.
