Finally, euphoria has returned! In a small teaser trailer released today by HBO, the start date for the second season was formally announced. On January 9th, HBO will premiere an eight-episode second season of the show, which will also be available to stream on HBO Max.

The trailer is narrated by Zendaya, who discusses how everything seems permanent when you’re younger, but as you get older, you understand that nothing is permanent and that everything can be taken away.

Zendaya, Hunter Schafer, Nika King, Eric Dane, Angus Cloud, Jacob Elordi, Algee Smith, Sydney Sweeney, Alexa Demie, Barbie Ferreira, Maude Apatow, Javon Walton, Storm Reid, and Austin Abrams will all return for Season 2.

In addition, singer/songwriter Dominic Fike, Minka Kelly (Titans), and Demetrius ‘Lil Meech’ Flenory Jr. (BMF) is expected to join the cast in the upcoming season. On January 9, HBO will premiere Season 2 of Euphoria, which will be available to stream on HBO Max.
