This anime series is about a group of seven people who come together for a group called “IDOLiSH7”. They all have different personalities and need grooming by an inexperienced manager. The manager is the only female, in charge of training these seven boys of various backgrounds into idols.
USP of the show
The series has been originated from a rhythm game developed by Bandai Namco Online. The game app is available for android phones as well as IOS. The game was released on 20th August 2015, wheres as the first season of the series came out in 2018, followed by second and third in 2020 and 2021 respectively.
The interesting story of the show is appropriate for the youth. The show has successfully gained many fans over the years owing to the same. The youth can connect to the either of the characters from the series which further helps them relate to it more deeply.
Future of the show
The third season of the series directed by Makoto Bessho, has been going on since fourth of July this year. The main seven characters of the show that people are following unfailingly are Riku Nanase, Nagi Rokuya, Sōgo Ōsaka, Tamaki Yotsuba, Mitsuki Izumi, Yamato Nikaidō, and Iori Izumi.
Since this show is based on the original game, it can be assumed that the upcoming story line will be weaved out from the various chapters of the famous game only. It will be fun to watch how the characters will turn out to be without the input of the audience- unlike the game, as the scenarios there are operated by the players.
