Overview:

Wanda Vision is an American miniseries which is based upon Marvel Comic’s character i.e, Scarlet Witch aka Wanda Maximoff and Vision. The genre of the series is drama, mystery, romance, sitcom, and superhero. The series stars Elizabeth Olsen as the Scarlet Witch aka Wanda Maximoff, Paul Bettany as Vision, and as the main lead of the story. Debra Jo Rupp, Fred Melamed, Kathryn Halm, Evan Peters, Kat Dennings, Randall Park, and Teyonah Parris are the actors who are playing the sub-characters of the series.

This series pays Honor to the past sitcoms. In the series, Wanda and Vision are staying together in reality that takes them to the other decades of the television tropes.

Synopsis:

Wanda Vision, the miniseries has a total of 9 episodes. 8 episodes have already been released. The final episode will be launched on 5th March 2021.

Episode 1:

“Filmed before a live studio Audience” is the title of Episode 1 of Wanda Vision which is directed by Matt Shakman and written by Jac Schaeffer. Episode 1 was released on 15th January 2021. The episodes start with newlywed Wanda and Vision. They both moved to the town of Westview. The episode is a setting in the 1990s. Both Wandy and Vision with their different abilities, Wandy with her telekinesis and reality wrapping abilities and vision who is an android robot tries to blend in together with their lives.

Earlier a day Wamda noticed a heart on their calendar and totally forgets about the occasion, at last, decided it would be their anniversary and also decided to celebrate the night. Later Vision reminded her about the dinner that they were hosting for his boss and his wife.

Episode 2:

“Don’t touch the Dial” is the title of Episode 2 of this miniseries. It is directed by Matt Shakman and written by Jac Schaeffer. This episode was released on 15th January 2021 with Episode 1 on Disney+ Hotstar. The episode is a setting in the 1960s. The episode starts with Wanda and vision hearing unusual sounds outside of their house. They both were preparing for a magic show for their Neighbourhood talent show, where Vision, unfortunately, swallowed a piece of chewing gum.

Wanda became friends with a neighbor and noticed a yellow and red toy helicopter in their black and white world and used her abilities to fix Vision and made it look like a simple magic trick. At last, the setting changed to the 1970s and becomes colorful.

Episode 3:

“Now in Color” is the third episode of Wanda Vision. It is directed by Matt Shakman and written by Megan McDonnell. This episode was released on 22nd January 2021 on Disney+ Hotstar. It is a setting to the 1970s. The episodes start with Dr.Nielson telling Wanda that she is four months pregnant. Wanda and Vision painted a nursery while arguing about naming their child in Wanda’s second trimester. When her contraction starts she begins to move things of her house with her abilities and also shut off the power of the whole town. She gave birth to twins Tommy and Billy. Later it was revealed that Ultron killed Wanda’s twin brother Pietro.

Episode 4:

“We interrupt this program” titled episode 4 of Wanda Vision is directed by Matt Shakman and Bobak Esfarjani and Megan McDonnell. This episode aired on 29th January 2021 on Disney+ Hotstar. The episode starts with S.W.O.R.D agent Captain Monica Rambeau returning to life with Blip. She came back to find her mother Maria, who died out of cancer.

Episode 5:

“On a very special episode..” the title of episode 5 is directed by Matt Shakman and created by Peter Cameron and Mackenzie Dohr. The episode aired on 5th February 2021 on Disney+ Hotstar. The episode starts with Wanda and Vision trying to stop Tommy and Billy from crying.  Their neighbor Agnes asked to help the boys but Vision questioned her for this behavior. Wanda and Visions were interrupted by their boys when they started to age 5years old. Wanda almost revealed her powers in front of Agnes while concerning her boys when they were aging 10 years old.

Episode 6:

“All-New Halloween Spooktacular!” episode 6 is directed by Matt Shakman and written by Chuck Hayward and Peter Cameron. The episode aired on 12th February 2021 on Disney+ Hotstar.  It is a setting in the late 1990s and early 2000s. The episode starts with Wandy wanted her boy’s first Halloween to be celebrated with her family but Vision tells Wandy that he has to patrol the neighborhood. Later, Pietro offers Wandy that he would like to take boys out for trick-or-treat games.

Episode 7:

“Breaking the Fourth Wall” episode 7 is directed by Matt Shakman and written by Cameron Squires. The episode aired on  19th February 2021 on Disney+ Hotstar. It is a setting in the 2000s. The episode starts with when Wandy decided that she gonna have her day for herself and asks Agnes to babysit the boys for the day. Later Vision wakes inside the boundaries to find the agents of  S.W.O.R.D.S.

 

Episode 8:

“Previously On” episode 8 is now streaming on Disney+ Hotstar. It is directed by Matt Shakman and written by Laura Donney.
