BlackBerry is planning to make a strong comeback this year. In partnership with OnwardMobility, BlackBerry is set to launch 5G branded smartphones later this year.
After ending its partnership with TCL last year, BlackBerry signed a deal with OnwardMobility. OnwardMobility CEO Peter Franklin confirmed that the company will be launching a new 5G smartphone with a physical keyboard and upgraded features. Currently, BlackBerry is working with Foxconn to develop its new BlackBerry 5G smartphone.
BlackBerry will soon be returning to the North American and European market. It will come back under the licensed partnership with OnwardMobility and FIH Mobile Limited.BlackBerry phones were quite popular in India. They were launched by Optiemus Infracom.
